About Dynamiko U

As Founder of Dynamiko U, Roger Osorio is as passionate about teaching students to become better leaders as he is about learning about it.  Learning is at the center of everything he does and he believes that it is the foundation to the success of any student and/or leader.  Inspired at a young age by Leonardo Da Vinci’s curiosity and passion for learning, Roger Osorio has always pursued and created as many opportunities to learn as possible.  In college, he double majored in Finance and International Business, then in graduate school he picked up two masters in Business Administration and Psychology.  On his own, he reads up on topics he is interested in including history, neurology, genetics, psychology, healthcare, and leadership.  Attend one of his workshops and you will notice he ties in concepts from a variety of subjects into his curriculum in order to help audiences relate to his lessons.  With experiences in higher education, corporate America, and entrepreneurship you will no doubt find his workshops fun, educational, and practical.

A little history…

Dynamiko U was founded in September of 2010 when a client suggested to Roger that he brand his workshops and create a business around it.  At the time he was working on a few DVD workshops for the National Center for Student Leadership (NCSLCollege) and producing/facilitating workshops at Maryville University for the Keith Lovin Institute for Leadership and Values.  Roger took the suggestion and ran with it to start Dynamiko U.  Much thanks goes to that very special client for the suggestion and encouragement!
